Pipework Fabrication

Fabrication of the pipe is an important aspect of our operation. To ensure quality and availability we have our own pipe work fabrication facilities where we can fabricate pipes between 25mm and up to 350mm diameter.

Many of our fabricators have over 20 years experience in pipe fabrication and supply to the sprinkler industry.Using our own coded welders, who are tested out to both BS EN 287-1, and ASME IX, we can manufacture pump house pipe work and manifolds for gaseous extinguishing systems.

Our gas manifolds are tested to 200 bar.
