Service & Maintenance

When UK Firewatch complete a project and hand it over to our client we ensure that full familiarisation training is given to their nominated members of staff. They are also shown how to carry out the required weekly testing of the system.

Regular service and maintenance is essential to a system that will remain inactive for most of its working life and must be readily available if called upon to fight a fire.

U K Firewatch has trained service engineers who can undertake the regular service and maintenance visits. We carry an extensive range of spares and equipment to enable us to achieve the least possible disruption to our clients during our service visits.

A 24 hour emergency service is available to our clients, when we will provide action or telephone support, 365 days per year.
